respawn in enemy HQ, breakthrough, siege of cairo

Hello! Yesterday played siege of cairo map. Was on defenders side, once they  captured the first objective. We were defending the next A and B points. Somehow I respawned in enemy HQ and instantly died. And then I was not able to respawn anymore. And it lead to a disconnect due to being inactive. Unfortunately did not make any screenshots.
