Revive is broken

This bug is incredibly annoying. Randomly when i revive someone i lose my gun and I am left with just a crosshair. Then when I ADS i can not see anything because my view is being blocked. (See Photo). I also lose access to any other gadget when this happens. Can't throw smoke etc... It's to the point where I do not want to revive anyone because it ruins my game. Please fix this ASAP. It has been a bug in the game for a while now and I know of others who also experience it. Thank You.
