Scoreboard freeze bug + Matchmaking questions

Hello, 

Another day and more new bugs showing up. During matches, when i open the scoreboard, i sometimes can't close it at all, i'm forced to Alt + F4 the game to exit. I also keep encountering menu bugs, ghost rockets, ghost bullets, and shots that simply don't register.

I'd also like to bring up the matchmaking system : how exactly does it work ? When playing Conquest, i often end up losing multiples games in a row even though i consistently finish near the top of the scoreboard. It's really frustrating
