Screen goes black, controller issues, etc.

I'm playing on PS5. Since the update, while playing in a match, my screen will go black and I have to press start, navigate to profile, and unpause the game to correct it. Sometimes the Right stick and the RT trigger on Playstation controller will stop working briefly and then start working again. I am using a new controller. Sometimes, when in a match, when my character goes down it won't allow me to respawn. In one match recently, my character died, but I couldn't do anything. The respawn button was gone, and I could look around but nothing else. I was stuck like that through the rest of the match.
