Screen Tearing on PS5 PRO / PS5 Even With VRR Enabled Please FIX This

I have a Samsung QLED Ultra HD TV with VRR Enable and I am getting Screen Tearing in Areas like most noticeably on Firestorm Map and all other maps and in Shooting Range.

2. Also have issue where Haptic Feedback on Controllers Jam when Firing and Fires only one Bullet sometimes and then have to press again This Is A BUG Please FIX.

3. Also the Ammo/Medic Box for Support Is Also BUGGED Not Working Correctly Please FIX These Issue DEVS.
