SCW-10 Not Unlocking

I have already repaired the game and played several matches.

having the same issue with all my assault gadgets none of them are unlocking.

Im on ps5 though. i chatted w support about the close quarters 1 not unlocking the gun(SCW-10), even though the assignment is completed. but close quarters 2 is now unlocked  after finishinh this next step, givin me the SL9.

So they garanteed EA was all documented on their side, providing no solution to unlocking the SCW-10 

This happened during the assignment changes a few days ago.

Its a shame that EA has such behavior, when clearly there is some sort of conflict in the software

Same goes for the Danger close assignment. QBZ-192 where the assignment completes the same way, i get the notification when im ingame, but no gun release. I then continue to complete Danger close 2 assignment and get my notifications about SG 553R  unlocked and luckyly get the gun also..

 EA is well backed up in their end.. this was EA supoorts response

Im having the exact same issue. the SL is unlocked however the SCW still is locked but the assignment is completed! have they addressed the issue or is there a fix i dont know about to unlock it?

Same and I'm on PC. The only challenge that's not working for me so far

Same I've completed every CQC challenge and yet no scw-10 or the l85a3 

Same posted on the bugs forum 2x and no help / response. Also seems impossible to raise a ticket.  Complete things, upload screen and then you get

"Thanks for reaching out about your issue. Try our self-serve options or contact an EA Advisor for more help."

With no option to do anything but look at self serve, no way to and not raise a ticket or chat. This is madness, you add all the details, screens etc. then throws you to a page with no option to actually get a ticket raised.
