SCW-10 Semi shot happens in full auto, glitch/bug?

It happened 3 games in a row (randomly throughout the matches) where i would be running with the SCW-10 and when I would go to fire, my gun would only fire a single bullet at the enemy even when I ONLY keep the gun in full auto mode.

When I pull the trigger a 2nd time right away, full auto usually activates, but its extremely frustrating when you are trying to get the kill and you have the jump on the enemy and your gun shoots a single bullet while in full auto mode. 

I noticed it was happening more frequently as I kept playing matches, but it was more prevalent when aiming down sights but happened occasionally hip fire. 

I changed nothing on my set up from last weekend when I played last, and this only started today.
