Since a lot of players received the S1 BP for free it was stated that the Phantom Edition preorder customers will receive the S2 BP for free. That doesn't seem to be the case now. Any info?
I selected battlepass for season 2, this should be free after the EA APP outage issue at launch of bf6.
It still did use all my coins ?

Didn't they state back last year, that all Phantom Edition owners who had launch problems (so, basically all) would get the S2 Season Pass + BF Pro for free as well?
It seems that they're having trouble activating content that was promissed - again.

Yea, that was the case.
They gave the BP for Season 1 everyone as compensation for the problems on release day and said the Phantom Edition owners therefore will get the BP + BF Pro for Season 2 for free.
I got the BattlePass + BF Pro for Season 1 (as it was part of the Phantom Edition) but for season 2 the BP as well as BF Pro is not free for me.
So I payed for the Phantom Edition and people who didn't got the BP for Season 1 for free too and now I as well as non Phantom Edition owners must pay for Season 2 BP.
I'm so confused. So are we supposed to get it for free? I'm phantom edition pre ordered and got season 1 for free
Another 2 month maybe. We need try to keep push or give a bad review until we get the Compensation.
On S1, I get after few month, after people complaining so much, so guys don't give any hope to EA!!!!

I took 3 months for them to grant me the boosters, so I guess they'll grant the Season 2 Battlepass after Season 2 ends?
I am sure that they will fix it, but is annoying as hell that they can't get this stuff working right from the start for once! I mean, how hard could it be?

It's just sad that you preorder and pay a lot more for the Phantom Edition just to see that people who bought the standard edition on release day get features for free for compensation while you are left out in the cold. GG
