Since a lot of players received the S1 BP for free it was stated that the Phantom Edition preorder customers will receive the S2 BP for free. That doesn't seem to be the case now. Any info?

I selected battlepass for season 2, this should be free after the EA APP outage issue at launch of bf6.
It still did use all my coins ?
EA live chat is also rederixcting me to forum , while i want to start a case in live chat ?!!!l
