I believe the screenshot of the tweet from BF Studios regarding the EA App outage compensation speaks for itself. It clearly states that Phantom Edition owners will receive a FREE Battle Pass / BF Pro Token for Season 2.
However, I have yet to receive mine. I own the BF6 Phantom Edition, which I purchased directly through the EA App, and I was significantly impacted by the launch issues. I am hoping this is just a bug, similar to the XP boosts which I eventually received four weeks late.
Until this is resolved, I will not be playing the game, nor will I be purchasing the Battle Pass or Pro Token.

Very frustrating. Here we are again. I’ve had phantom edition since launch and season 2 starts and BOOM - no battle pass given.
And they emailed saying because I spent tokens for PRO additional pass that was bugged, that they reimbursed it my account. It’s been two days, I didn’t get anything. That’s 2 errors in 2 days. Amazing EA.
If we continue to play and earn those 6 free advances, are we going to be compensated for 6 different battlepass advances in leu of having to wait sooo long to get the free battlepass advancements? You may be onto something NOT playing until they make this right.
