Well... considering how they treated us when the game launched and how much effort, patience, and time it took to get the promised compensation... is anyone else surprised by this behavior? I assume that there will be no ad-hoc fix and that the support staff will continue to make fun of us until EA can no longer withstand the pressure and gives in. I also assume that by that time, many people will have had enough and will prefer to buy BP with real money, and EA will not care about them. When someone asks you again why the peak of 600,000 players has suddenly dropped to 40,000, please show them this support thread. It's just one of the reasons why even a promising title can be ruined by a developer in a few months full of lies, empty promises, and greed... And that's not even mentioning the problematic game mechanics, such as hit registration, monstrous de-sync, non-existent matchmaking, or anti-cheat that stopped working after a few weeks...
And yes, I am one of the idiots who pre-ordered the Phantom edition through EA app ... last interaction with this piece of crap sw in my life I promise ...
