(I think EA has a list, and they work through it in order of entry? I also received the compensation, for season 1 very quickly.)
Just imagine for a second that they process it manually with the help of 1-2 people, that would explain everything.

Only Battle Pass, but i have the "Phantom Edition"
It means PRO. Same as we got in Season 1
How? I've spoken to ten employees and they all won't even acknowledge what was initially communicated by EA. They won't even type the word Battlepass. They just say I got the boosters, it was a one time compensation, and that's it.
