I have the same problem as you. You told me to come here and post, waiting for the manager to respond, but I saw your reply and the manager still didn’t appear. I knew it was just an excuse. Who knows when the rewards will arrive? I don’t feel like playing anymore. I started the first season later than others, spent more money than others, and this is the experience you get when buying on EA. It’s really terrible.
