Players in Rounds 1 and 2 received a higher-cost compensation package in November 2025, which included a season ticket for the second season (launching on February 17).
Players in the 3rd round received compensation on November 21 in the form of 2 XP boosters and will not receive a subscription to participate in the battles of the 2nd season.
This explanation sounds like something they would do and I can see why it would make sense to EA. But it still is a major **bleep** you to the people willing to pre-order and also pay more for the Phantom Edition. I mean: Why did I pay quite a lot more if I received the exact same content like a buyer of the normal edition of the game?
At this point (at least for me) it is not the missing compensation for the launch troubles, but the fact that I paid more for the Phantom Edition and received the same content as everyone else who paid less. So I could have saved money in simply buying the normal version. This really feels like fraud...

I totally agree. This situation needs to be spread by bloggers and the media.
