I reached out to support regarding this, was told I received the XP boosters but will not be receiving the battle pass. I was then directed to the forum for further support.
We need a clear indication of what exactly disqualifies you from the full compensation. The rumor of entering the firing range or a portal server is all we have to go on. I can say I spent the entire day that I took off to play at launch uninstalling, reinstalling, trying INI tricks, anything that was swirling around the community to try. I found the "join a portal server" solution maybe 1 hour before the problem was resolved. For 1, the process to join the portal servers was pretty broken, I recall something about clicking it and mashing X and space bar or something like that. When I finally did join a portal server, I spawned into a pile of bots that whoever set up the server was just mowing down. Tried 3 different servers and this was the experience.
We need answers on this.
