Just posted but I'll summarize my response from support, they did NOT tell me that I did not receivethe battle pass because of the xp booster. They told me they have been receiving a lot of "contacts" about the issue and that they would post on twitter when there is a resolution. I guess just keep your fingers crossed they actually do something (doubt it).
