"So I just had this matter investigated by the concerned team and I would like to tell you not to worry, it seems a few other players have also reported this problem. I am really sorry but for now the time has not been unfamiliar to us how long it would take, but the good news here is that the studio is already aware of it and already working on a fix, it is being fixed as we speak, thank you for your patience and again, don't worry, we have you back on this one."
