Been in EA Help chat for 2 hours. Talking to 6 different (what it feels like AI bots) that can not give any answers. They say I have recieved my compensation. 2 Seasonal XP boosters. That is not even what was promised.
They say they can not help me further.

EA customer service is crap. EA promising things and not holding their word is also crap. EA is losing their customers.
Small rant from me: done!
