Just went through same thing with the chat bots, they are not real people. Was told I was not eligible for any more compensation because I received the xp boosts. Ea app - Phantom Edition - Was not able to play for a long time on release day because of the crap launch.

Help chat told me that they were not giving season 2 Battlepass. Yet, I have a friend who got it already...

They cant even get thier own stories straight.
