I am a Phantom Edition owner, and I was having issues at launch for the game. I could not play for 7 hours at launch on the EA app. According to the official Battlefield X it stated that all affected players would receive 24 2x XP boosters (which I received) and a seasonal Battle Pass. However because the Phantom Edition had season 1 included we were supposed to receive the full season 2 battle pass because of that. I have yet to receive said battle pass. Support told me though that because I received the boosters I was ineligible for the season 2 battlepass and that there was a specific time to get said battlepass. Which contradicts the tweet. I have attached the tweet below too. I just wanted to bring this to light and to see if other have had the same issue too.
Same issue here, it appears to be a veru common issue. Support chat have told me the same thing. Im now in the belief that support agents weren't aware of the tweet stating that compensation would also include a s2 battle pass.
I even had one agent say that he could not comment on it. 🤔
Very frustrating for a seasoned and loyal Battlefield fan.
