I contacted EA Support today about the missing Season 2 Battle Pass for Phantom Edition owners.
The agent confirmed that the Season Pass was only granted to “impacted players”, but they also said that because I reached out too late, they are unable to validate my case anymore.
So according to support, if you didn’t receive the Season 2 Pass and you contact them now, they will not grant it anymore.

Not true at all.
I contacted support AND posted on forums DAY 1 for Season 2.
Got XP boosters (confirms impact), but STILL NO Season 2 Battle Pass.
Support ignores Phantom owners despite proof.I've replied multiple times on THIS thread,
created my own French forum post, AND contacted support several times.Result? They say they CAN'T DO ANYTHING.
