Phantom Edition compensation for the Season 2 Battle Pass is still missing.
We were told Phantom Edition owners would receive full Season 2 Battle Pass compensation. I logged in today after work and it still hasn’t been applied to either my account or my wife’s account. We both own the Phantom Edition.
I’ve attached a photo of the source where this was stated.
I did receive the Season 1 XP boosts after a delay, but there has been no compensation for Season 2. This is extremely disappointing and feels misleading.
At this point, I won’t be making any additional purchases until this is addressed.
Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve only seen one other post about it so far.

I am a Phantom Edition owner and was affected by the launch issues on October 10th. Although EA promised the Season 2 Battle Pass as compensation for premium players, I never received it.
Because of the delay, I had to spend 1,100 Battlefield Coins (BFC) to buy the Pass myself. I have already contacted EA Help multiple times (Case#241680019), provided my official invoice and the screenshot of the promise, but I only get automated rejections saying "XP boosters are enough".
I am requesting a refund of my 1,100 BFC. Can a Community Manager please look into this manually? My EA ID is [Tscheudel1966GER].
