Season 3 Battlefield Pro Battle Pass

Every time I unlock something new, open the game, or just checking the battle pass, it does the animation screen of saying thank you for pre-ordering the battle pass pro. It’s annoying and I’ve done everything imaginable and still won’t go away. This happening to me  on the Xbox Series X.
