season 3 pre order

I am a Playstation 5 player.  I cant select the option to pre purchase the battle pass for seaons 3.  The for 1100 battlefield coins

When I hit right on the menu it will take me to the bottom option.  when i up it changes from the battlepass menu to the upgrades ment.  I have triend using both controll sticks and also the d-pad.  Both do not work.  Touchpad does nothing.
