Sensitivity On AA Vehicle Still Broken

Same problem as from the beta. The turning on the AA Vehicle is broken.

When you're in 3rd person you can spin it around like a yoyo.

But in normal aim mode the first level non-zoom is so slow you can't shoot air with it.

The second mode is only barely fast enough to track helicopters.

Is there some settings option that I'm missing to speed up the turning?
