Setting Soldier and Campaign VO audio slider to 0 does not disable screaming

Despite setting "Soldier and Campaign VO" to 0 in the audio settings I still hear a whole crowd of soldiers screaming gibberish when capturing a flag, blowing up a building, etc. during multiplayer games

This really needs to be fixed. There's also a specific voice line I hear repeated every 5-20 seconds that sounds like someone yelling "COME ON" when there's a lot of action. It's highly irritating. Like a scratched CD that keeps skipping or something.
