Currently the SICH G1 WP (incendiary launcher) on the support is not properly counting the damage done towards the Support Specialist 3 challenge. With around 20-25 kills (and more damage without killing) the damage done shows as 82/2000. Dealing damage and checking progress mid match does not advance this in 9/10 times you hit someone
Pls get this fixed its ultra cursed. I'm stuck at 442/2000 and dont get any more on it!!!

Finished it now vs bots. Seems like only direct impacts do count and also, not the first fire damage but the damage, the "rubber bullet" itself is dealing. Be lucky and you get 25 dmg per bullet with a headshot.

This takes YEARS. Come on, please fix it so burn damage does count.
If I'm lucky I get 50 (!) damage in ONE GAME.
Good point I disnt realize upon posting initially. I completed the challenge a few days ago but it took roughly 40-50 hours of running the launcher in your loadout without only focussing on just grinding the damage or going the bots route.
The direct hit seems to deal 12 damage consistently for me, but with the bad hitreg even that did not count all the time.
All in all, its still a nice gadget that has its use case but the challenge is really annoying.
it is so inconsistent it's maddening...
get a full group of 4-5 people on fire, total of : 0 points
just barely touch one guy that dies from it : 25 points..
then no point from any sources for at least 10min
been running that for 3evenning, i'm at barely 300 now
pls fix this wtf
