It's bugged as hell, but in the meantime you can do this to complete the challenge in two minutes:

Spawn as engineer-> Lay down your mines -> Redeploy as support-> drive an atv up to your mine-> get off the atv, wait for it's status to become white, if it's blue-> shoot your mine with the launcher for instant 1000 dmg
