Sight uncentered and hardware suppression range

On some the magnified sight such as the R4T 2.00X and the Baker 3.00X my sight isn’t centered in the middle of the actual sight. 

As the for the Hardware suppression system on the new season map it’s having issues with destroying gadgets behind walls and the range isn’t working properly I do believe I have get right up on it to work
