Smoke Screen Accolade doesn't work properly

To earn smoke screen accolade you need to revive 5 teammates in a life while concealed in smoke as Support as stated in Smoke Screen Accolade Dog Tag requirements, however at this moment the accolade is bugged. In order to get Smoke Screen revive you need to SMOKE teammate who then is revived by your OTHER teammate (NOT YOU!). I've tried multiple times to smoke and then revive teammate, but the smokescreen score won't popup. If I smoke teammate and then they are revived by my OTHER teammate, only then I get the smoke screen score. In addition, even if you smoke teammate, who then is revived by your other teammate the smoke screen score is inconsistent, sometimes you get it, sometimes not. Furthermore, I believe that if you still manage to get 5 smoke screen scores, the accolade wont popup. Has anybody else encountered such problem?
