I'm trying to use this slider to lower the sounds of people shouting and screaming, but all it does it lowering the sound of the regular callouts while the death cries, pain cries, and the background shouting and screaming sounds are unaffected.
Would really like an option to lower the scream sounds if possible.

This was one of the first things I turned off when I got the game, only to be absolutely baffled that the main reason I turned it off was the only thing not affected by the setting.
I'm assuming that certain voice sounds are categorized/tagged as SFX rather than VO. Please please fix this.
