Soldier Zoom Sensitivity settings clamped to 2; impossible to match zoom levels

The actual settings which drive zoom sensitivity within the settings file (GstInput.SoldierZoomSensitivity1x00 -> GstInput.SoldierZoomSensitivity10x00) get internally clamped to [0.0, 2.0] which makes it impossible to match your distance/count at all zoom levels to hipfire.
You will notice that the highest zoom sensitivity you can achieve is 2 * 2, which omits over half of the scopes from matching your desired distance/count. Even in the case that the values (GstInput.SoldierZoomSensitivity1 ... 4) worked, it would still prevent matching the desired distance/count for 10x scopes.
I am aware that this is a holdover from older games, but the issue really shouldn't exist. This issue is probably also the root cause of the widely reported issue of ADS not feeling correct.
Given that there is already a cm/360 display, it seems like this fix is up the team's alley anyway. On a related note, giving us the option to input our CPI and simply write our desired cm/360 distance for every sensitivity would also be greatly appreciated.
