Some maps make your scope reticle a much darker color than it's supposed to be

• Screenshots/ clip showing the reticle looking darker 
• Which maps does it happen on?
• Which scope(s) are affected?
• Does it depend on a specific weapon / loadout, skin, or attachment combo? 
• Does it happen in all modes or only certain ones?
