Spammable class skills

You can spam your class skill, not all games but in most of them - This creates a huge unbalance specially in the UAV case of recon since your team can always know where enemies are.

I'm AMAZED you haven't fixed this, it's been ongoing since 1.1.2.0 and it makes game very unfair.
