Square flashing artifacts in menu UI

In any menu, most notably present in challenges section there are flashing square artifacts, I've had this issue even during beta, these artifacts are only present on the UI, not on the gameplay HUD or actual game, it's like the menu overlay is glitching out.

First I've thought that this could be a GPU issue, but I have never had this happen in any other game, only this one. Tested on multiple driver versions, result is always the same.

Video and screenshot with artifacts included, this one is from the beta but it is the same bug, here's an example of battle results screen.

My GPU is Radeon 7900 XTX

    I get the same issue on my ROG Ally X, and it doesn't happen on any other games. Almost seems like it's been getting worse. Hope it's just a bug and my chipset isn't going bad.

    Same here

    I recorded my screen and screenshotted the videos.

    Screens are attached.

    Edit: It seems it's gone for now when disabling AMD adrenaline driver's "instant replay" feature (to be able to save the last x seconds as video to disc) via AMD Adrenaline > Record and stream > Settings > on the right side.
