Well, you see guys, it works like this:
Players were abusing glitches like the sledgehammer/drone glitch.
But the crying was louder from a small collective of children who got upset that some people in a video game had a bigger number than them! And we can't have crying children in our video game! So we must punish people for playing the video game THEY PAID FOR in a way that makes the game enjoyable to them, and we must listen to the screaming cry babies who are upset that people are having fun playing the video game THEY PAID FOR, and take away that fun, so that the screaming cry babies can sit all smugly going "hehe u noob crying cause u lost your k/d"
Absolute idiot move, DICE. So many bugs and glitches and exploits, and your priority is murdering Portal mode, and dumping all over anyone who enjoyed playing against bots.

This is BS every game is rampant with modders I'm getting shot by aimbots every time I turn around my KD score was finally in the positive and these dumb fks screw up my KD score now it's crap. I'm never buying another coD game or Battlefield if they don't get rid of these **bleep** modders. So far I see them doing jack about it they have free rein and run the games. I don't know how stupid you have to be to let cheaters run your game into the ground because this is exactly what they're doing. When the majority of people catch on to what they're doing they're not going to want to play the game anymore because who wants to be cheated? I paid $70 for BF6 just to get online and be cheated.

All they did was screw over legitimate players on BF6 because these people cheating barely took a hit to their KD and they can fix it very quickly shooting people with aimbots. I count no less than 20 people in almost every single match who are using aimbots sometimes more than that. The rest of us are stuck with our crappy KD score because of them. If Bots aren't going to count as skills then they shouldn't even be on the game but how stupid is it to count only the deaths by Bots and allow that to affect your KD score? That's just stupid and it's also stupid allowing these people to cheat on the game unregulated

It's how EA/Dice did it, they created an Official Casual Play mode and people played that mode not knowing that the kills and dog tags that they earned would be retroactively taken away from them.
Not all people playing casual mode are bot hunting, we want to play an easier mode where the really good players do not slaughter us. However, the great players do come to casual mode to farm bots and virtual bots like myself. So the real casual players do kill some bots and other decent players before we are hunted down by the much more skilled players that apparently enjoy the total lack of challenge.

Erichen09, you are my hero!
But what does bragging about your most impressive accomplishments have to do with this thread other than stroking your ego and belittling people that are not as awesome as you?
That's right, they removed kills from community matches, but they left deaths. Moreover, when playing in the community, kills are also not counted in the statistics, and deaths are counted.

First off thanks for a great game! I finally will play a BF game again after a sad long pause. That said - I understand the KD change and it makes sense. However with console lobbies not being filled with real players and mostly with bots…. Why not compromise EA? How about taking away our death stats to bots???? Otherwise it’s kinda lopsided. Meaning that when I kill a bot (that are usually more deadly than most humans) and if a bot kills me, then none of it should matter… only PVP KD encounters should matter. Thats fair. Just sayin.
