Still haven't received compensation XP or season 1 pass for day 1 EA App outage

if this happened somewhere like Wendy's, I would get a free Burger on top of what I Should of got.

Same here. Although my latest chat said they have reported it as a bug as I momentarily gainded access to a portal server but them immediately got kicked out again. This may have tainted their data set. 

similar thing happened to me. Think this may be the cause also. 

At the end of the day, we still couldnt play. So we should still be compensated. And compensated again as zzmunks said for the screw up.

Make them see us fill this out. Also, if everyone who has posted about this issue has had this problem, this is almost a thousand-dollar issue. inform friends and community members could get close to a class action with enough support
