Iv made several tickets and the customer service agents just send copy pasted replies of no help and then close the chat. close the case and ask me to chat to an online agent.
The online agents simply say there is nothing they can do.
I have even been called a liar several times saying if I didnt receive the compensation rewards then I am not eligible. Even though I got an email saying that I am eligable and the rewards have been sent.
I had the same issue all my friends had. Couldnt play the game through EA App on day 1 due to the licensing issue but they all received their compensation but I didnt.
EA has even worse customer service than Activision. Iv made about 20-30 tickets at this point and just been lied to, called a liar, and told they refuse to fix the issue or its a non issue or not fixable.
What the f is going on? How did customer service reach this level of slop? Since when?
Same here. Although my latest chat said they have reported it as a bug as I momentarily gainded access to a portal server but them immediately got kicked out again. This may have tainted their data set.

similar thing happened to me. Think this may be the cause also.
At the end of the day, we still couldnt play. So we should still be compensated. And compensated again as zzmunks said for the screw up.
