Still missing the launchday compensation.

I am still waiting on the compensation for the "install/purchase content" issues on day 1.

I've tried EA-Help, and they keep putting the status on resolved without me ever getting them, they're just ghosting me and lying about it being resolved.

On Reddit word spread that it's likely because, like almost everyone, I managed to get a game in trough portal, all alone, while I was listening to my clan playing together and enjoying themselves.

In our clan there were multiple people with this issue, The guys who were patient, didn't refund to buy on steam, haven't gotten the compensation. But, to add insult to injury, the one who refunded and bought it on steam, and therefore was affected but got to play normally afterwards, and gave a 30% cut to Steam doing so, he got the compensation the very next day.

Vince Zampella himself said that, unlike the story on reddit, ineligibility doesn't hinge on playtime during the outage on portal servers.

I was impacted, I was in queue at 1700CET only to get greeted by this message to purchase the game in order to install the content I paid €100 for.

I want EA to finally explain why I haven't received anything yet.
I just want this over with, I want EA to either stand by their claim of compensating impacted players, or explain to me why they deem me ineligible while Zampella himself says I should be.
