I was affected by the game not working on EA app on launch day, and still have not received the compensation that was promised. EA support just keeps shrugging me off and saying to wait. one support agent said they would direct me to another team, but did not.
Same here, It takes so long I´m starting to think they are waiting for more people that have to be compensated to buy the Battle Pass. If this is true, and I really do think so considering how suspiciously quiet it got regarding this, it´s just dishonest and **bleep** buissiness practices. But nothing new, you can always try to get every last penny out of the fans of your games until you are called out.
