EA_Leeuw you closed the other topics on this stating compensation was handed out for the EA app issues. Still nothing despite having those issues day one. This is honestly disgraceful on the behalf ...

They just don't give a f*** about this, It's a big PR scam.
I've created a couple of tickets, which got transferred and now they closed it with the same BS answer that the issue has been resolved and eligible players can get the compensations via ingame message.
