So i’ve been reporting this issue since the announcement of compensation. Been emailing back and forth with your bot and then the occasional person that also just replies as a bot. Same response as always, those affected have been compensated. Problem for me here is that I have not been. And I could not Play on launch through the ea app. All I could do on launch day was to try and join a portal server where I was stuck in loading screen just to never be able to join and get kicked into menu again. Now one of the most annoying things to happen is that I get the e-mail from EA that says I would get the compensation now. Still nothing, even though for me now its just the fact I was promised this stuff. Im enjoying the game and having fun. But f**k me if the service from customer support is terrible. Not a single person trying to actually go Down to a human level and just help me. Its the same copy paste replies every **bleep** time. I bought phantom edition and im guessing im not gonna get the BP for season 2 either. What a premium to pay, to get no help in return. Im not a forum dweller in general so i also just this morning Saw they closed the official post on this issue.
