Just wanted to say thank you for finally giving compensation to those of us who managed to get into a terrible Portal game, but who weren't able to play properly because the game was saying Multiplayer wasn't installed.
I'm very glad you took our frustrations with your decision to exempt us to heart, and that reason prevailed in the end, it's very much appreciated. Modicum of faith restored, keep up the good work so that we can all believe in this franchise again.
I had EA APP outage 6,5 hours and still today not received any promised XP boosters or Free battle pass. They closed the main topic so people can not be write anymore since there is still people who did not get them. So no thank you. Everyone who bought the game from EA App was impacted this issue. How difficult it can be to compensate all the people who bought it then. Now they just want to stay quiet.

Mine only came through this morning and the post was from 3 days ago saying it had been done. It's a huge batch job that takes time to roll out, it took a week for some people to have theirs appear when they said it was done last time. Hopefully yours just hasn't come through yet. Did you try to get into the game at all, or get into Portal on launch day?
