Stingers blow up mid air, crash into ground. IGLA is bad.

I was playing escalation and wanting to try stinger vs igla.

IGLA is useless. It's missiles explode when flared unlike what it says they do, and if a vehicle goes "below radar" the missile instantly explodes. You need to do something to make this worth being used. Because right now, there is zero reason.

So I switched over to the stinger. And it keeps happening where I get a plane or helo to use it's flares, and then reload and able to lock and fire and the second shot blows up in mid-air for no reason while tracking toward the target.

No, I don't mean it hits a branch. Also, remove this from the game, and stop locks being broken by foliage.

I mean the missile will shoot with the lock and then halfway to the target (that's already used flares remember), it will blow up.

There is also an incredibly nasty problem where Stingers will crash into the ground if the vehicle they are shot at (with no flares, or already used flares) starts moving toward the ground and is at low altitude. The stingers are over compensating for the movement of the vehicle and smash into terrain. After doing all the work of baiting out flares, and being in a position to ambush with a double attack, a helo moving downward slightly as it tries to run shouldn't mean that the weapon that was fired with a lock on will slam into the ground and miss.

Stingers also need to be given longer ranges once fired, so that misplays by air units can be punished instead of having missiles just stop working at some point or crash into the ground or a tree because a pilot is abusing below radar to avoid being attacked

Below Radar should be removed from the game. It gives too much of a benefit to air players. Why do they get magic flares, with a reload that's 2 seconds longer than the stinger reload, and with nerfed AA vehicle guns that overheat almost instantly and take forever to reload, and a nerfed static AA gun, and then on top of that, get a magic altitude level where they suddenly can't be locked on. It's madness.

If I asked for infantry players to get a magic "below sniper" where if I'm closer than 75 meters they do no damage, or "below RPG" in a tank where if I'm within 50 meters of an engineer player their RPG's can't hurt me, I'd be laughed at. But air players get this protection despite being the fastest units on the map and being able to fly high enough that nothing can hit them before they decide where to attack. No-one else in the game gets that.

The AA tank needs it's gun significantly buffed. It's impossible to get a kill unless a dumb pilot flies in circles around you for 30 seconds while it waits for you to reload the AA gun multiple times. It's range is pathetic, and is shorter than the air vehicles weapons. The jet can bomb you with missiles from longer range than you can shoot back as one example. Why is a vehicle designed to shoot it's entire load of ammunition in one burst if required, so nerfed and slow to shoot and turn the turret?
