Store package items missing

Hello, 

I bought the U.S. Army package you had on the store.  thank you for finally releasing the U.S. Army Dog tag!  

However...it showed a player skin, with a maroon beret.  It is NOWHERE in any of my loadouts.  I've looked in both factions, player card...restarted the game...nothing.  

i paid a big pile of coins for this pack and you didn't even give me the stuff in it.
