Stuck at death screen unable to respawn after heli crashed

I tried to spawn on a team heli. While i was able to spawn in at that exact moment the heli crashed and i got stuck in a death animation with the flatline heartbeat sound. My body was in a constant "falling" animation and i was unable to choose a new spawn. I had to leave the server back to main menu
