Stuck in "Loading next Game" Screen

Hi,

from time to time i get stuck in the loading screen between two games. Please see the attached screenshot.

    It’s 50% of the time for me even if I’m in a party.

     

    One or more party members will be stuck in the post match screen and the rest are already in the next match. 

    This is the most basic feature of the game!
