Supply bag not giving ammo

I've run across the ammo bags not supplying at all, sometimes partial resupply & others full supply. I was playing as engineer and able to see the resupply status in rpg & mines.  The hit or miss on resupply is annoying and needs fixed!!!

Sometimes it gives me like 50% of a gadget recharge and sometimes it doesn't give ANY at all. It's incredibly frustrating

It's not even counting some heals for points for some people 

It is very frustrating, hopefully they do something soon

PLaying on Steam, also have this issue. It seems like the supply bag will randomly stop working and not replenish any ammo or equipment, and I need to drop it again for it to start. Feels like it will stop working on around 40% of the bags I drop.

Definitely feels more like a bug than a feature

I've had this happen only in breakthrough from what I can see. Ammo bags won't give any ammo.

yep half of the time it's not providing ammo and i need to throw new bag to make it work

The supply bags from medic are completely bugged, working only 20% of the time - how can this NOT be in the known issues list?!?
