Supply bags not working half the time

The only way to fix this issue is to throw another supply bag, but my testing is a bit limited. There seems to be a problem with the overstock mechanic where, if you want to exceed your spawn-in amount of gadgets and grenades needs to find a entierly new supply bag, you can't use the one you refilled your stuff to the spawn-in amount as the progress will get stuck. However I have no idea if this is an actual cause of the bug, but I have noticed it getting stuck on the same amount a lot (and I play mainly support). Could be confirmation bias though.
Yes, but most of the time the second supply bag also gets bugged. And the third one, and the fourth one...
Sometimes i keep throwing new supply bags and they keep refusing to heal/resupply.
