Supply Pouch preventing weapon from firing and ADS

If you have the supply pouch equipped, you will notice that you will be prevented from ADS, your weapon will not fire,  and several other actions will not work for a very short duration. This mostly happens directly after throwing a pouch.  The supply pouch will appear still in hand when you have a weapon equipped.  In the attached video you will see that I'm not able to fire after the pouch throw.
